According to property records, the actress paid $1.1 million for the posh condo. In 2011, it appears that she temporarily listed it for $1.35 million.

With a Kmart clothing line and numerous endorsement deals, the savvy entrepreneur may have judged that the condo offered a greater return as an investment. As stated in the ad description, the flat “will appeal to your most discerning clients.”
