Instead of outright buying her 14,000-square-foot Tuscan villa-style residence in Beverly Park, Hilton has chosen a more flexible arrangement by entering into a long-term lease agreement, potentially with the option to eventually purchase the property. Official records reveal that the estate was recently leased for a monthly fee of $160,000.
Nestled on a vast 3.6-acre property, this expansive estate, built in the 1990s, exchanged hands in late 2021 for a price of $21.5 million, with the buyer being local investor Leonid Smirnov, who already owns a primary residence in the coveted Beverly Hills area.
