After nearly a year of searching, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have finally found their desired home at a significantly lower price, listed at $75 million.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck held their wedding last year. After almost a year of searching, they have finally pᴜrcҺɑsed their dream home in Beverly Hills. However, to own the sprawling mansion spanning over 4,200 square meters, the couple had to spend $60.85 million (approximately 1.4 trillion Vietnamese dong).

According to TMZ, this Տupeг mansion was initially listed for $75 million. Therefore, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck reached a pᴜrcҺɑse agreement after negotiating a reduction of over $14 million.

In 2018, this Տupeг mansion was originally listed for $135 million but was reduced by nearly half last year. It features 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and a garage that can accommodate up to 80 cars.

From an aerial view, the mansion is grand and secluded within a vast plot of land. Inside and outside the landscaped garden, there is a swimming pool, an indoor sports complex, a bar counter, a hair and nail salon, a home theater, and a massage steam room. Additionally, there is a nearly 500 square meter guest house and a separate area for the security team, consisting of two bedrooms.

The couple moved in on May 31st with a large amount of furniture and belongings, which is already astonishing based on the aerial photographs alone.

Prior to this, Jennifer Lopez decided to list her mansion in Bel Air, Los Angeles for $42 million. In 2016, she bought it for $14 million. Meanwhile, Ben Affleck sold his own mansion for $30 million to live together with the singer.
