Adele Acquires Sylvester Stallone’s Luxurious Beverly Park Mansion for $58M!

Sylvester Stallone just sold his Beverly Park mega-mansion for $58 million, making it a bittersweet sale. Although the sale was the most expensive in Southern California so far this year, it fell 47% short of the $110 million he had originally asked for.

According to The Times, the buyer is pop icon Adele.

Stallone originally listed it in January 2021 and had been shopping it for more than a year. He reduced the asking price to $80 million in October after finding no takers.

The 3.5-acre property has a long history, and it’s not just because it’s in Beverly Park, a celebrity-studded neighborhood where inhabitants include Denzel Washington, Magic Johnson, Justin Bieber, and the late Sumner Redstone, who lived in the home just next to Sylvester Stallone’s.

Throughout his stay, the Oscar-nominated actor oversaw a number of renovations that gradually turned the former Mediterranean-style compound into a more modern home. He added steel-framed windows and doors to the living areas, converted the eight-car garage into an art studio, and hired mega-mansion expert Richard Landry to construct a guesthouse.

Stallone added a movie theater, a unique bar, a gym, and a cigar lounge with an air filtration system for some fun. Additionally, there are two statues of Rocky Balboa: one in the memorabilia area and the other perched on the edge of the pool.

Eight bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a two-story lobby, and formal living and dining areas are spread out over 21,000 square feet. Terraces and patios look out over the grounds, which have a pool and putting green surrounded by rolling grass.

With the release of “19,” her self-titled debut album from 2008, Adele, 33, shot to fame. Since then, she has sold more than 100 million albums worldwide and won 12 Brit Awards, 15 Grammy Awards, and an Oscar for best original song for 2012’s “Skyfall.” In November, she released “30,” her fourth studio album.

The Southern California resident, who is originally from London, has a few residences, including two near the Beverly Hills Post Office.

Since the 1970s, Sylvester Stallone has been a stalwart in Hollywood as an actor, producer, director, and screenwriter. He was nominated for two Oscars—one for the 1976 box office success “Rocky” and another for his part in the 2015 spinoff “Creed.” The “Expendables” franchise, “First Blood,” and “Cobra” are among his other acting accomplishments.

Since then, the 75-year-old has moved to the East Coast and spent $35.38 million on a property in Palm Beach, Florida.

The listing was held by Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker Realty, Tomer Fridman of Compass, and Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency. Along with T. Lee Montgomery of Keller Williams Hollywood Hills, Rappaport also acted as the buyer’s agent.
