Drake, a Canadian rapper, performer, and actor, has sold his YOLO mansion in Los Angeles for $12 million.

“The YOLO estate is a jaw-dropping resort-style home tucked away in the ultra-exclusive, guard-gated enclave of Hidden Hills,” according to the listing with Branden and Rayni Williams of the Beverly Hills Estates, referencing the “you only live once” acronym. This English Tudor, located on a private cul-de-sac and surrounded by equestrian trails, is the ideal combination of rustic character and modern convenience.

Drake, whose given name is Aubrey Drake Graham, paid $7.7 million for the property in 2012, according to PropertyShark records. Listing documents indicate that the “Wait for U,” “Toosie Slide,” and “Way 2 Sexy” singer originally listed the property in March for $14.8 million. The agreement was reached in early May.

In addition, there is a nearly 2,000-square-foot master bedroom suite with seating and bar areas, as well as a bathroom with two vanities and soaking baths made of marble.

In addition to the swim-up bar, the listing states that the pool area features an 80-foot granite waterslide, waterfalls, and multiple televisions. In addition, there are stables, a tennis/basketball court, and a sand volleyball court.
