Take a Peek Inside Kendall Jenner’s Lavish LA Home where she and Devin Booker dated

Kendall Jenner’s old house definitely has a gate, according to a new listing.

According to TMZ, the model sold her Los Angeles home after only a year due to stalking and burglary at the then-gateless property.

The 4,800-square-foot home has been home to “The Office” star John Krasinski, “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star Jenner, and, most recently, marketing mogul Bill Guthy, who listed the six-bedroom, five-bath home for $8.5 million.

The home was purchased in 2009 for nearly $1.6 million by “A Quiet Place” stars Krasinski and Emily Blunt, who have two children together. They added a third floor, renovated the kitchen and pool, and were pranked by neighbor Jimmy Kimmel, who gift-wrapped the house, before selling it to Jenner in July 2016 for $6.5 million, making her the highest-paid model in the world in 2017.

“Kris Jenner never wanted Kendall to buy the home she’s in because it’s not gated and it’s located in an area where a lot of people show up late at night for after-parties following a night on the Strip,” TMZ reported in 2017 about the Marmont Avenue house.

The 4,800-square-foot home has previously housed “The Office” star John Krasinski, “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star Kendall Jenner, and, most recently, marketing mogul Bill Guthy.

A 25-year-old man was arrested and accused of following Jenner up her driveway while she was living there. Page Six previously reported that she had $200,000 in jewelry stolen.

In August 2017, she sold the three-story Hollywood Hills West estate for $6.85 million to marketing tycoon Bill Guthy and his wife, cosmetics entrepreneur Victoria Jackson.

The house combines rustic and modern architecture, with light wood floors and white brick contrasting with sleek floor-to-ceiling windows and minimalistic black lines on the outside. Photos from Realtor.com are displayed.

According to a Matterport 3D tour of the house, the living room with floor-to-ceiling retractable windows is divided by a ceiling-height white-brick fireplace and three steps up to a dining room with a two-seat copper bar.

The tour shows a white kitchen on the other side of the living room with an eight-burner stove, an industrial hood, a light-wood bar, and a large window overlooking the pool, lounge area, and outdoor kitchen.

According to the tour, the primary bedroom suite has floor-to-ceiling windows, a seating area, outdoor terrace access, and a bathroom with a stand-alone tub and two rain showers.

Jenner’s stalker issues have persisted, and she was even served with a restraining order this spring. She now lives in a more private and “serene” Spanish and farmhouse-inspired home that was previously owned by “Two and a Half Men” actor Charlie Sheen. She used to own a $1.6 million condo in Los Angeles.

The model recently received backlash for an ad for her tequila brand, 818 Tequila, which some compared to her controversial Pepsi ad from 2017. Jenner was last known to be dating NBA player Devin Booker, who recently opened up about her anxiety. Her show, “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” is in its final season on E!, but the family plans to move to Hulu for a new show, The Post previously reported.
