Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin, who bought their Beverly Hills home 18 months ago, spent miℓℓio𝚗s on a massive 90210 mansion in a celebrity-filled area.
The new Bieber-Baldwin estate is located in Beverly Park, a guard-gated community in the mountains above Beverly Hills that is home to Sofia Vergara, Denzel Washington, Sylvester Stallone, Eddie Murphy, Rod Stewart, and several Saudi royal family members.
Property records show the late 1980s-built house sold for $16.5 miℓℓio𝚗 in 2015. Danny Lubert, a Dubai-based real estate developer, renovated the property for gazillion dollars and resold it.
The present version has been on and off the market for two years, starting for $42 miℓℓio𝚗. Bieber and Baldwin bought it for $25.8 miℓℓio𝚗 after numerous big price cuts and a realtor switch.
According to the description, the 2.5-acre estate has an 11,000-square-foot mansion with seven bedrooms and 10 full bathrooms and all the high-end facilities expected in this price category.
A curved staircase and checkerboard black-and-white stone floors grace the two-story grand foyer.
The living room has a massive black fireplace, and the family room opens to the chef’s kitchen, which has designer stainless appliances. A library has French doors and built-in storage.
The master suite upstairs has a sitting room and floor-to-ceiling windows that open to a narrow patio with mountain views. A walk-in closet holds expensive items, and a spa-style bath includes a chandelier over the soaking tub.
A home gym and soundproof movie theater with cobalt blue velour captain’s seats are also luxurious. A covered loggia, outdoor fireplace, infinity-edged pool, soccer-sized lawn, and tennis court are outside.
In Beverly Park’s “South” portion, Samuel L. Jackson, Magic Johnson, and Prince Alex von Furstenberg, the heir presumptive to Barry Diller’s billion-dollar fortune, live near the Bieber-Baldwins’ new mansion.
Bieber owned a Tuscan-style property in Calabasas, which he sold to reality TV star Khloe Kardashian for $7.2 miℓℓio𝚗 in 2016.
Josh and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman’s Altman Brothers team represented Bieber and Baldwin.
