What makes rapper King Von’s $3M mansion party so special that even his ex-girlfriend can’t resist its allure?

In 1916, the descendants of former Texas governor Elisha Pease founded the Enfield Realty and Home Building Company and began partitioning the Pease estate into what would become the Enfield neighborhood in Austin.

Six years later, Belmont “Belle” Graham, a cousin of the Pease heirs, and her husband, Florian Bibb King, constructed their residence here.

In 1928, Nina Electa and Frederick Charles Von Rosenberg purchased the residence, which remained in their family until 1988. With a porte cochere, composite columns, triumvirate windows, decorative ironwork, and a wide cantilevered hipped roof, the historic residence displays Prairie School and Renaissance Revival influences.
