Machine Gun Kelly seems to have found the perfect future home in $7.5M mansion in Encino

Logan Paul sold his huge Encino mansion this week. The roughly 9,000-square-foot building sold for $7.5 million, up from the $6.6 million the veteran YouTuber and podcaster acquired in late 2017, but much below his $9 million asking price.

Machine ɡᴜn Kelly (Colson Baker) is the new owner. MGK, 32, is engaged to Megan Fox and seeking a large house.

The $7.5 million Ԁеаl may not have benefited Paul. After purchasing the estate, the Ohio native custom-remodeled the inside, posting on YouTube. He built a new fence and high-tech security system after many trespassers and stalkers infiltrated the home. Paul hired 24/7 security guards.

Despite Paul’s extensive renovations, the listing includes 2017 photos. Seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, eight powder rooms, a family room with a custom wet bar, and a marble-topped, high-end kitchen remain.

Since Robert Byrd created it, the 1970s house has been modified and expanded. One of Encino’s richest communities has the ɡᴜnmetal-gray home on a one-acre tree-shaded lot. Paul adored the backyard’s enormous pool, patio, verdant grass, and adjacent one-bedroom, one-bath guesthouse. “Amazing outdoor grotto kitchen” is featured.

Kelly, who appeared on Paul’s long-running “Impaulsive” podcast, doesn’t seem to own any other L.A. real estate. He and Fox resided in a $30,000-a-month Sherman Oaks rental property for much of last year, but they left after multiple unpleasant “ghоst encounters,” including one that loved watching Kelly receive massages from a visiting masseuse.

Paul rented a $13 million Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Dorado Beach, Puerto Rico, last year. The 27-year-old owns an 80-acre San Jacinto Mountain property three hours from Encino.
