Check Out Kevin Hart’s Incredible Mansion, The Dark Knight
Two’s better sometimes. Money equals cases. So it’s no surprise that Kevin Hart is seeing double—with a widely reported net worth of $200M, the Philadelphia native is one of comedy’s richest мen, and records show he’s invested $7 million in a huge mansion next door to an even larger one he already owns.
The 16.3-acre hillside estate next door has a two-acre graded lot with a 9,300-square-foot, architecturally ambiguous mansion with a grey tiled roof, an infinity-edged pool, a full-size tennis court, vast lawns, and sprawling gardens. 2004 house never listed.
Compere and his wife Tonya paid $6.7 million for the high-maintenance Calabasas estate in 2015, so it seems unlikely they made a profit on the sale to Hart and Eniko Parrish.
