The Former Hidden Hills Mansion of Paul George Is Listed by French Montana

French Montana, a Moroccan-American rapper and songwriter, paid L.A. Clipper Paul “PG-13” George a little more than $8.4 million for an almost 16,000-square-foot mansion in Hidden Hills, a guard-gated community with many Kardashians and sports stars.

The three-time Grammy-nominated “Unforgettable” singer—whose 2017 Һιt has 1.5 BιIIιоn YouTube views—has listed his sprawling suburban L.A. pad for nearly three times what he paid.

The seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom home on approximately 1.5 acres in Ashley Ridge, a posh, equestrian-oriented enclave, rемaι𝚗s unchanged when Montana acquired it. The previous ad photographs showed the wood and steel desk in the mahogany-paneled study, the purple tufted bed in the multiroom main suite, and the dining room furniture.

Montana worked with Ukraine-based design firm Iqosa for two years to design a 19,000-square-foot home with nine bedrooms, two service quarters, a home theater, fitness and spa facilities, a glam room, and a stainless steel prep kitchen for the next owner. The city of Hidden Hills and the homeowner association authorized the elegant interior renovation, according to marketing literature.
