Ashley Benson is swiftly making moves in the real estate game! Just weeks after offering a tour of her Los Angeles property to Architectural Digest, the Pretty Little Liars star successfully sold the mansion for $8.5M.

Situated in a gated community within Los Feliz, the 4,825-square-foot home features four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Originally listed for $9.49M in July, Benson’s investment proved profitable, given that she had purchased the estate in 2020 for $4.5M.

Nestled on a cul-de-sac, the property offers stunning 360-degree views of Downtown L.A., Griffith Park, and The Observatory. Described as a perfect blend of original charm and updated elegance, the home maintains its historical integrity.

During her three-year ownership, Benson dedicated effort to an extensive remodel, expressing her desire for a residence that felt like a permanent vacation. In an Architectural Digest Open Door episode, she mentioned feeling transported to Italy or Barcelona when outside.

Originally designed in the 1930s by architect Arthur Rowland Kelly, who also worked on the Playboy Mansion, the house saw a redesign by interior designer Nicole Gordon and architect John Farrace during Benson’s ownership. The goal was to respect the original architecture while introducing modern updates.

Despite preserving many period features, Benson’s personal touches, including a speakeasy and hair salon, showcased her unique taste. The green kitchen cabinetry drew inspiration from the Ralph Lauren restaurant the Polo Bar, while the dining room received a bold transformation with floor-to-ceiling black paint and furnishings.

The primary bedroom, with a dry bar stocked with whiskey bottles, offered a hotel-like retreat. Benson announced her engagement to oil heir Brandon Davis in early July, and their relationship has been making headlines since they were first spotted together in January 2023. The sale of her Los Angeles mansion is another significant move for Benson, who was previously linked to rapper G-Eazy and had a two-year relationship with actress and model Cara Delevingne.
