Ice Cube’s Opᴜle𝚗t Mɑri𝚗a Del Rey Mɑ𝚗sion: A Joᴜr𝚗ey Through Luxᴜry with a Hidde𝚗 Wi𝚗e Cellɑr

In April 2016, Ice Cube acquired the Marina del Rey property for $7.25 мillion, which was previously listed by actor and martial artist Jean-Claude Van Damme for $10 мillion.

According to speculations, Jean-Claude Van Damme purchased the property around 2012 for approximately $6 million.

Marina del Rey is a small beachfront neighborhood in Los Angeles County with a population of just under 10,000.

It is one of the unincorporated beachfront communities in the county.

The contemporary estate in Marina del Rey, built in 2011 along the Grand Canal, spans 7,575 square feet.

Despite its proximity to neighboring homes, the rapper’s custom home offers stunning views and is comparable to other celebrity residences in Los Angeles.

The six-bedroom property, situated directly on a canal with ocean views, lacks any significant drawbacks, except for privacy concerns due to its close proximity to adjacent homes.

Ice Cube’s purchɑse is considered one of the best values in the Marina del Rey area.

Rumors suggest that Ice Cube and his wife acquired the estate as a vacation home for their family, while their primary residence is approximately 10 miles away.

The three-story house provides canal views and illuminates beautifully at night when the canal’s reflection is visible. The construction materials used were of high quality and even imported.
