Future, also known as Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn, recently sold the rights to over 600 titles in his publishing catalog for a substantial sum, marking a lucrative deal with Influence Media Partners.
Additionally, he is set to collaborate with Rihanna on the soundtrack for ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.’
In terms of real estate, Future made a significant pį“rchase, acquiring a nearly-new property on Miami Beach’s exclusive Allison Island for $16.3 million from French insurance CEO Laurent Ouazana and his wife Pascale.
The property, initially bought by the Ouazanas for $12.5 million in 2020, features seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and boasts approximately 8,000 square feet of living space.
Situated on a gated quarter-acre lot, the luxurious residence includes high ceilings, expansive glass walls, and seamless indoor-outdoor spaces surrounded by palm trees. Notable features comprise an elevator, rooftop patio, detached guesthouse, staff quarters, and a three-car garage.
The interior highlights a spacious great room with living and dining sections, complemented by a modern kitchen featuring custom Ornare cabinetry, a lengthy eat-in island, and top-tier stainless appliances.
