Former Chris Bosh Miami Beach Mansion Hits Market for $42M, Triple Its Recent Sale Price

Earlier this year, the Miami Beach mansion that once belonged to retired NBA player Chris Bosh, sold for $14.4M, has resurfaced on the market with a staggering price tag of $42M, marking an almost threefold increase from its recent sale value.

In January, an affiliate of AquaBlue Group purchased the property at 6396 North Bay Road from Chris Bosh. The residence has now been relisted, showcasing an impressive 192 percent surge in price since its last transaction.

The waterfront single-family home market has experienced substantial growth, setting price records across various South Florida neighborhoods, driven by a rising trend of property flips. Notably, North Bay Road has become a hotspot for multimillion-dollar sales.

The listing for Chris Bosh’s former residence is being handled by Albert Justo and Mirce Curkoski of The Waterfront Team at One Sotheby’s International Realty.

Constructed in 2009 on a spacious 24,000-square-foot lot, the seven-bedroom mansion boasts an expansive 12,400 square feet of living space. The property is equipped with an infinity-edge pool, a boat dock, an outdoor kitchen, a gym, and a guesthouse, showcasing a design credited to Touzet Studio.

Under the leadership of Philippe Harari, AquaBlue spearheaded an extensive renovation of the home, introducing new elements such as a kitchen, flooring, closets, and bathrooms. The property has now transformed into a lavish waterfront estate, attracting the attention of potential buyers in the fiercely competitive Miami real estate market.
