In spite of his widespread recognition as a musician, Akon seems to have delved into the real estate market in metro Atlanta. 

Recently, within a short period after selling another property in the area that had been listed since May, Akon is said to have made a bid on his three-year-old Alpharetta property, as reported by the Los Angeles Times.

While the recently sold house was newly built, with the indoor bowling alley still under construction, the previously sold mansion had a more vintage charm, featuring an almost frozen appearance with its ice-white exterior and interior.

Boasting an impressive nine-car garage, six bedrooms, and eleven bathrooms, this expansive residence is clearly designed for those with a penchant for luxury living.

 Akon has incorporated a recording studio and a piano room into the design, fitting for a musician of his caliber.

Records indicate that Akon acquired the 4.6-acre property, situated in the Atlanta National Club, for $1.65 мillion in 2008.

As of now, estimates suggest that the deal could fetch around $7 мillion for the artist. 

If the sale goes through, Akon will undoubtedly be singing ‘I’m So Paid’ all the way to the bank.
