Reported by The Real Deal, the neighboring residences situated in the 29-story skyscraper at 300 Central Park boasted five bedrooms across the top two floors. 

The transaction was completed with John and Valerie Rowe as the sellers.

Strive Masiyiwa, aged 56, is the founder of Econet Wireless Group, a pan-African telecom enterprise with successful operations in Zimbabwe, Botswana, Lesotho, and Burundi. 

Additionally, the company has investments in telecommunications firms in New Zealand and the United States.
