German Basketball Star Dennis Schroder’s $4.3M San Fernando Valley Mansion

German basketball sensation Dennis Schroder, known for his tenure with the Atlanta Hawks and Oklahoma Thunder before joining the Los Angeles Lakers, has recently invested in a $4.3 million mansion in the San Fernando Valley. The 27-year-old, currently negotiating a lucrative contract extension, and his wife, Ellen Ziolo, now call this lavish property their home.

Nestled in Tarzana behind imposing black walls and gates, the modern estate was built in 2017 and boasts an open floor plan that seamlessly merges dining, living, and family spaces into a grand room. The chef’s kitchen is described as “spectacular,” featuring top-of-the-line appliances, custom cabinetry, and an impressive double-sided black marble fireplace. Fleetwood doors lead to a loggia with an outdoor fireplace, full kitchen, and barbecue area.

The main house encompasses six bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. The upper-level master suite offers dual private balconies, dressing rooms, and a luxurious bathroom adorned with exotic wood and stone. Additional highlights include a home theater, an office, and a glass-walled wine cellar discreetly tucked beneath the main staircase. The property also boasts a vast rooftop terrace with a barbecue and stunning views of the San Fernando Valley.

Sitting on a 0.35-acre lot, the fully developed property features an L-shaped lawn, a large pool and spa, and a two-story guesthouse with an ensuite bedroom, a second kitchen, and space for a fitness center. One unique feature is a concrete basketball court at the far end of the property, providing Schroder with a secluded area to hone his professional skills. This luxurious residence reflects the basketball star’s success both on and off the court.
