Renowned rapper Lil Wayne, aka Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., is listing his contemporary mansion on Miami Beach’s Allison Island for an impressive $29.5M. The rapper, who invested $16.8M in the property four years ago, has added significant value to the residence. The mansion, constructed in 2017, spans 10,300 square feet on a secure half-acre lot and offers breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay.

The futuristic mansion features seven bedrooms, 11 baths, and a range of luxurious amenities. Notable additions include a commercial elevator, a lavish cinema theater with suede walls, a wine cellar, and dedicated staff quarters with a butler’s kitchen. The property also boasts a private dock and 110 feet of waterfront access.

Designed by Miami developer Laurent Harari and architect Ralph Choeff, the residence showcases soaring ceilings, expansive glass walls, and seamless indoor-outdoor spaces. The handcrafted mahogany foyer leads to a spacious great room with a 22-foot ceiling, lacquered fireplace, and sliding glass doors to the rear. The gourmet kitchen features custom Italian cabinets, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and a courtyard connecting to the dining room and family room.

A sculptural floating staircase takes you to the second floor, where the 2,500-square-foot master bedroom awaits, complete with a sitting area, private balcony, walk-in closet, and two luxurious bathrooms. The tropical-inspired grounds include a large pool, an open-air cabana with a kitchen and bath, and ample outdoor seating and entertainment spaces.

The property, listed by Cyril Matz of Douglas Elliman, offers a unique blend of modern design, luxury features, and waterfront living. Lil Wayne has already moved into his new $15.4M residence in Hidden Hills.
