Explore Neymar’s Opulent Villa Available for Rent at €20,000 Monthly

Since his groundbreaking move to Paris Saint-Germain from Barcelona in 2017, the Brazilian international star has considered Bougival his home. The extravagant monthly rent for Neymar’s five-story, 780-square-meter mansion is set at a staggering €20,000. Additionally, there’s a refundable security deposit of €40,000, an inventory charge of €2,340, and other costs totaling €9,360.

The luxurious property features two bedrooms in a detached structure, a home theater, a wine cellar, an indoor heated pool, and ample storage for Neymar’s high-end vehicle collection. The advertisement highlights the need for an extra €1,000 per month to cover maintenance costs for the swimming pool, elevator, and garden. Neymar, now with Al-Hilal, jokingly expressed dissatisfaction with his new lavish residence.

The residents of Bougival seemed relieved to see Neymar leave, with the town’s mayor, Luc Wattelle, previously labeling the football player as a “disrespectful individual” due to neighbors’ complaints about noise and disruptions caused by late-night gatherings. Towards the end of Neymar’s tenure, PSG fans gathered outside his residence, urging him to leave the club, adding to the already tense situation.
