Raheem Sterling Acquires £3.1M Mansion for Post-Game Tranquility; Trent Alexander-Arnold Eyes Purchɑse Amid Chelsea Move Rumors.

In preparation for his move to Chelsea, Raheem Sterling is considering the sale of his £3.1 million Cheshire residence to fellow footballer Trent Alexander-Arnold.

The winger has engaged in discussions with Alexander-Arnold regarding the potential transfer of the property in South Manchester. Notably, Alisson Becker and Paul Pogba are also residents on the same street.

Reportedly, Sterling aims to sell his Cheshire estate for £4.5 million, securing a £1.4 million profit since its 2017 purchɑse. This move would facilitate his prospective £45 million transfer to Chelsea.

Currently residing with his property developer fiancée Paige Milian and their two children, Sterling’s Cheshire property, located in a village near Crewe, boasts five spacious bedrooms and a marshland wildlife pond.

The 7,500-square-foot residence features a garage annex with an additional bedroom and an outdoor basketball hoop. Visitors are welcomed by a matte black staircase and grand piano in the entrance hall.

The couple’s kitchen is equipped with a large island, trendy red seating, white marble countertops, shiny cabinetry, and stone floors. Sterling’s lounge is adorned with comfortable grey velvet furniture, a common choice among Premier League footballers.

The first bathroom showcases powerful wall-mounted shower jets and an indigo color scheme, while the window-side bath is custom-designed. The second bathroom features ivory hardwood wall panels and a modern jacuzzi bath.

Completing the property transaction in the coming weeks could potentially pave the way for Sterling’s departure from the Etihad this summer as talks with Chelsea progress.
