Explore the Breɑthtɑking Beɑchfront Mɑnsion Owned by NBA Legend Dwyɑne Wɑde

Dwyane Wade recently completed the sale of his Miaмi Beach residence for $22 мillion, a property that boasted a basketball court adorned in the vibrant colors of the Miami Heat.

Both Dwyane Wade and his wife, Gabrielle Union, are actively engaged in real estate ventures. Last year, they acquired a spectacular 17,000-square-foot Hidden Hills residence for $17.9 мillion, subsequently selling their Sherman Oaks property for $5.5 мillion in May.

While the beachfront property’s listing price of $32.5 мillion exceeded the final $22 мillion transaction, it still marked a substantial increase from the $10.645 мillion Wade paid for the property in 2010. The former NBA champion transformed the land into a 12,000-square-foot estate, complete with a wine cellar, cinema, pool, cabana, and private dock.

The two-story Mediterranean mansion boasts rustic interiors, vaulted ceilings, wooden floors, a spacious covered entryway, verdant courtyard, and bay-facing windows on both levels.

The estate comprises a master suite with a balcony and salon, six bedrooms, and ten bathrooms. Given Wade’s significant time in Miami during his NBA career, the backyard beachfront is equipped with a basketball court adorned in red and black, a playground, and a spiral staircase.

Over his illustrious 16-season NBA career, the 39-year-old Wade earned 13 All-Star selections and secured three NBA championships with the Miami Heat, including the 2009 scoring championship.

Following his retirement in 2019, Wade acquired a stake in the Utah Jazz this year.

Negotiations for the property were facilitated by Douglas Elliman’s Brett Harris.
