Rihanna is making arrangements for her expanding family. The singer, who is anticipating her second child, has traded her Century City residence for a $21 million penthouse located in a renowned building favored by celebrities.

According to Dirt, the music mogul made a direct move from her three-bedroom, 3,500-square-foot Century condo to a 9,290-square-foot skyscraper. Nick Molnar, co-founder and seller of Afterpay, reportedly sold the penthouse to the pop star. Molnar listed the unit for $28 million after owning it for nearly two years, having acquired it from actor Matthew Perry for $21.6 million.

The circular residence features floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic city views. Notable amenities include four patios, a spacious living area, and a modern kitchen.

The 42-story building, equipped with a 24-hour concierge, fitness center, and a 75-foot pool, is renowned as a “paparazzi-proof” hideaway for California’s elite.

Notable past residents include Paula Abdul, Terry Dubrow, Denzel WasŇşiđťš—gtođťš—, and Nobu Matsuhisa. Candy Spelling owns a substantial two-story penthouse situated above Rihanna’s new abode.
