In spite of being widely recognized as a musician, Akon seems to have entered the real estate market in metro Atlanta.

Shortly after selling another of his metro properties, which had been on the market since May, Akon is said to have submitted an offer for his three-year-old Alpharetta property, as reported by the Los Angeles Times.

While the recently sold house was newly built and still had an unfinished indoor bowling alley, the previously sold mansion had a very vintage appearance, characterized by its icy white exterior and interior.

Featuring an impressive nine-car garage, six bedrooms, and eleven bathrooms, this expansive residence is clearly designed for those who enjoy a lavish lifestyle. Akon incorporated a recording studio and a piano room in the design, reflecting his musical background.

Records indicate that Akon acquired the 4.6-acre property, part of the Atlanta National Club, for $1.65 million in 2008.

At present, the artist anticipates that the deal will yield approximately $7 million. If the sale is successfully concluded, he will undoubtedly be singing “I’m So Paid” all the way to the bank.
