Robert Pattinson, best known for his role in the “Twilight” film saga, has sold his Hollywood Hills home for $3M in an off-market deal. 

The actor, who owned the property for nearly a decade, made renovations to the 1950s home while preserving its historic features. The private two-bedroom residence features a secluded backyard with a pool, dining areas, and lush greenery. 

Pattinson brightened the interiors, adding a skylight, glass doors, and updating the kitchen with high-end appliances. The actor and his partner, Suki Waterhouse, reportedly purchased a new property in the Hollywood Hills last year for $5.3 million.
