Chance the Rapper and his wife have recently acquired a residence in Bannockburn, approximately 30 miles north of Chicago, for a reported $2.3m, according to the reports. The Grammy winner and his spouse finalized the purchase on September 14, transitioning from their previous nearby rental property. 

 Prior to this, they were residing in another five-bedroom home in Bannockburn spanning 6,721 square feet. The 1996-built house, situated on 3.71 acres of land, comes with notable features including a 4-car garage, a library, a sauna, a movie theater, and an outdoor swimming pool, as reported by the Chicago Tribune.
