Zimbabwean telecommunications entrepreneur Strive Masiyiwa acquired two penthouse condominiums at the Eldorado tower for a total of $24.5 millio𝚗.

According to The Real Deal, the adjacent units on the top two floors of the 29-story tower at 300 Central Park comprised five bedrooms. The sellers were John and Valerie Rowe.

Aged 56, Strive Masiyiwa is the founder of Econet Wireless Group, a successful Pan-African telecom corporation with operations in Zimbabwe, Botswana, Lesotho, and Burundi. Additionally, the group has investments in telecom companies in New Zealand and the United States.

Unfortunately, Masiyiwa’s spokesperson, Sure Kamhunga, was not available for comment.
