Diddy Seeks $7 мillion Buyer for Mansion Previously Occupied by Ex-Girlfriend Kim Porter

Diddy is putting one of his two Los Angeles residences on the market for $7 мillion. The 2006 clapboard classic, which was sold for $5.3 мillion in 2009, was never occupied by the music mogul himself.

Instead, it was the longtime residence of Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Kim Porter, the mother of four of his six children. Tragically, Porter passed away in the mansion in November 2018.

The East Coast traditional home, situated on a half-acre estate, is gated and fenced for privacy. Listing images show empty rooms, with a 2011 Cadillac Escalade in the driveway, believed to be Porter’s only remaining estate relic.

The 10,000-square-foot mansion boasts six bedrooms with ensuite baths. Features include a double-height foyer with a crystal chandelier, checkerboard marble floors, and a curved staircase. Throughout the residence, there are ebony hardwood floors, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless appliances, a screening room, and an upstairs primary bedroom suite with a private balcony, fireplace, and spa-style bath.

The property is adorned with sycamore trees, boxwood hedges, a sports court, a backyard fireplace, an al fresco dining loggia, a dark-bottomed pool, a raised jacuzzi, and a Baja sundeck.

The listing describes the mansion as “[ready] for the next owner’s updated finishes.”

Despite Diddy’s substantial net worth of $800 мillion, he is seeking a buyer for this property while still maintaining other luxurious homes, including a $39 мillion Holmby Hills home and two properties on Miami’s Star Island.
