7744 Ranch, conceived by Ron Anderson, the mind behind Anderson Mobile Estates, epitomizes luxury in the world of RV glamping. Once favored by A-listers like Will Smith, Vin Diesel, Mariah Carey, and Jennifer Lopez, these ultra-luxurious mobile homes redefine travel accommodations. The largest units, exemplified by Smith’s custom-built ‘The Heat,’ still hold the title of the world’s most expensive vehicles.
Now available for glamping, these units, including ‘The Aspen’ (formerly The Comfy Cabin), offer extraordinary amenities for non-famous but affluent individuals. ‘The Aspen,’ celebrated as the ‘coziest of them all,’ boasts an interior more lavish than traditional brick mansions, featuring two lounges, a fully-equipped kitchen, a spa-like bathroom, and an additional half-bath upstairs—a true home on wheels.
Originally used by Smith before he acquired ‘The Heat,’ ‘The Aspen’ showcases its opulence with two entrances, a lower level dedicated to entertainment, and cabin-like aesthetics with dark hardwood floors and light wood paneling. The kitchen surpasses typical home standards, featuring stainless steel finishes, an oversized Viking refrigerator, a complete oven and stove, a microwave, a sink, and a marble countertop with a sidebar.
The second-floor bathroom dazzles with mosaic tiling, Carrara marble countertops, and chrome fixtures. Sleeping quarters upstairs, including a master bedroom and a children’s area with bunk beds, provide ample space. A night at 7744 Ranch, priced between $400 and $850, grants access to on-site amenities like a sauna, outdoor dining, and a coffee shop. However, for ‘The Aspen,’ an exclusive 40×20-foot tent for all-weather events comes at an additional cost.
