The native Canadian has purchased a clean, modern home with five bedrooms and six bathrooms for $4.6 million. The house is located on a 6,200-square-foot lot in L.A.’s Beverly Grove neighborhood. Originally completed in the mid-1970s, the house was recently reimagined by design studio House of Shoor. The two-story home was marketed as a contemporary take on a Parisian villa.

The home was designed with earthy colors and textures, including several plaster staircases. Large-format tiles have an ageless. Custom steel doors slide open, allowing for an easy indoor-outdoor lifestyle. 

A modern fireplace is the focal point in the tonal living room. Interior and exterior steel windows are an industrial touch in the dining area. The kitchen’s center island is finished in hand-applied pleated French clay. The combination of oak and cream-colored cabinets complement the home’s breezy vibe. The backyard feels extra private thanks to mature Italian cypresses and a“privacy lounge” where the young star can recharge.
