Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner are making some moves as they negotiate their highly publicized divorce. Joe bought the three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo in Manhattan’s Nolita neighborhood as a bachelor pad for US$5.6 million in 2018 — a year before his surprise Vegas wedding to Sophie. He first listed the nearly 3,000-square-foot apartment for $6.5 million in July 2020, right before he and Sophie welcomed the first of their two children. Now, they’re finally saying goodbye to the modern Manhattan condo. 

The contemporary condo is designed with an open, loft-style layout. Located on the second floor of the circa 2015 condominium, it has a light neutral palette, blonde oak flooring, and walk-out access to the terrace. The adjacent dining space is lit by floor-to-ceiling windows with dramatic dark frames. Wide-plank oak flooring spans the entire home, and the kitchen is also accented with inset geometric tile.

The second-floor contains three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a private outdoor space. The primary bedroom is equipped with a roomy walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, and glass doors leading out to a sprawling 1,450-square-foot terrace.

A lounge area on the 1,450-square-foot rooftop terrace is lined with a lattice for privacy.
