Charlize Theron, 48, owned the Mediterranean-style spread in the city’s Beverly Grove neighborhood from 2000—when she bought it up for just over $519,000 using a trust named after her mother—until December 2022, when she sold it for $2.025 million. 

Built in 1925, the Spanish-style bungalow has a white stucco exterior and red clay roof tiles. It offers two bedrooms and one-and-a-half bathrooms and spans 1,715 square feet. 

White-washed walls, light hardwood floors and wide arched doorways are found throughout the home, including the living room, which also offers a fireplace and casement windows that let the light in.
