His claim that Fayetteville, which is situated approximately 22 miles south of Atlanta, is the “Promise Land” is well-founded.

With 45,000 square feet of space, this property is situated on 235 acres of land.

Rick Ross’s collection of cars takes up a significant amount of that space.

It was revealed that the 47-year-old rapper has a serious obsession with cars.

He has more than a hundred cars, the majority of which are incredible vintage rides that he restored.

Of course, Rick Ross is doing great; he made the most of his record sales, which totaled milliоns of dollars.

Who knows how much he is worth, but when asked about it in an interview, the rapper said something that made it sound like it was much higher than $150 million.

His business acumen is clearly demonstrated by the price tag on his Atlanta mansion.

Evander Holyfield, a former boxing champion, was the original buyer of this home in 1994.

Twenty years down the road, in 2014, Rick Ross paid a pitiful $5.88 million to acquire it.

Consider that a pittance in light of the current state of the real estate market.

The renovations were expensive, to be sure, but still.
