The sale of Forest Whitaker’s Hollywood Hills mansion has been finalised. The Oscar-winning actor paid $1.5 million for the gated property in 2003 and is now selling it for $4.3 million. Located on 1.6 acres, the private compound is close to the celebrity-studded Woodrow Wilson Drive.

Everything one might hope to find in the mansion of a famous person is there. There are a grand total of eleven bedrooms and eleven bathrooms spread across two magnificent homes. The main house at 3036 Beckman Road is 4,705 square feet and has a lot of great features, such as a double staircase, an open floor plan with living, dining, and family rooms, a large kitchen with plenty of counter space, and an eye-catching window wall. Located at 3042 Munro Circle, the second mansion is just as lavish. There are a number of lovely outdoor gathering spots, as well as a private cinema, a barbecue platform, and a swimming pool.
