The waterfront property, originally listed at $25.9 million, has recently gone under contract, with the purchaser identified as the hip-hop producer turned social media luminary, according to sources from The Times.Originally owned by Michael Lerner, the entrepreneur renowned for popularizing the “Baby on Board” sign, the house was initially listed in 2016 for $29.5 million. However, in March, Lerner reduced the price by $4 million. The residence features five bedrooms and a blend of contemporary living areas across its two stories. Notable elements include a spacious great room adorned with Cumaru wood ceilings, a stylish dining room, and a kitchen centered around a sizable island.Ascending a floating staircase leads to the second floor, where a master suite enveloped in mahogany opens up to a private balcony.
