The Grammy-winning artist, aged 40, is parting ways with his former Florida residence on Allison Island. The 10,632-square-foot home features retractable glass walls, opening to a fully equipped backyard with a pool, al fresco dining spaces, a beach cabana, and built-in barbecue. The property, situated on a 23,760-square-foot lot, boasts 110 feet of water frontage, a private dock, and was listed by Cyril Matz of Douglas Elliman. Initially priced at $29.5 million, the estate includes seven bedrooms, a primary suite with dual baths, a walk-in closet, sitting area, and private terrace. The home also offers a junior suite with outdoor space and two kitchens – a main kitchen with custom Italian cabinets and Subzero & Wolf appliances, and a chef’s kitchen with staff quarters.
