Following this transition, Beverley has put up his luxurious 5-bedroom residence in Encino, California, for rent at a noteworthy monthly rate of $23,000.

Built in 2020, the expansive 5,264-square-foot mansion boasts an open and luminous floor plan, featuring high vaulted ceilings, custom tilework, and elegant wood and marble floors throughout. The property is equipped with modern amenities, including surround sound speakers and an advanced security system.

The chef’s kitchen showcases a chic minimalist design with custom cabinets, stainless-steel appliances, and a sizable center island complete with a prep sink and breakfast bar. Sliding glass doors in the breakfast area lead to a charming patio, enhancing the indoor-outdoor living experience.

The family room, adjacent to the kitchen, is adorned with a striking stone fireplace, built-in bookshelves, and sliding glass walls opening to a covered poolside area.

With two bedrooms on the first floor and three more on the upper level, the residence offers ample space for comfortable living. The primary suite, characterized by white oak beamed ceilings, a tiled wall fireplace, and a private balcony, includes luxurious amenities like two walk-in closets with built-in shelving, an espresso machine, and a refrigerator. The primary bathroom features custom tilework, a double walk-in shower with accent lighting, dual vanities, a custom cabinet, and a separate soaking tub.

Additional highlights of the property include a family theater, a pool, a spa, and a poolside guest house with a 3/4 bath. Beverley acquired the home for $3.78 million in April 2021 while playing for the Los Angeles Clippers.

As the 34-year-old guard approaches the end of his 11-season NBA career, he plans to explore opportunities in the sports media industry, potentially pursuing a role as a sports talk show host. This move aligns with Beverley’s transition to freelance work after the 2023 season with the Chicago Bulls.
