Halsey enjoys a happy life with her husband in a billion-dollar mansion

Ashley Frangipane, better known as Halsey, has listed her modern house on a steep slope above L.A.’s historic Beachwood Canyon under the Hollywood Sign for roughly $2.6 million.

The platinum-selling genre-crosser, who has sold over 22 million albums in the US and calls herself “the anti-popstar,” bought the house three years ago for little over $2.3 million.

The three-story architecture has three bedrooms, three baths, and 2,500 square feet, according to Josh Myler of The Agency listings.

A high wall and even higher hedge conceal expansive, multilevel living and entertaining rooms with wide expanses of glass, polished concrete floors, walls slanted at surprising angles, and cathedral ceilings crisscrossed by hefty, dark-stained wood beams.

The minimalist kitchen is lit by a window-lined double-height atrium, while the living area has a fireplace and a bar. One guest bedroom has glass sliders to a tiny balcony, another smaller bedroom has floating, open-plank wood bookcases, and the spacious, high-ceilinged master suite has a huge picture window with a lush, peaceful view of the surrounding trees.

Poured-concrete bathrooms with open showers. The home opens to hedge- and tree-privatized outdoor living areas, including a covered courtyard with built-in BBQ, an al fresco lounge beneath a cantilevered deck, and an infinity-edge swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

The free-spirited and sometimes provocative singer and social media phenom has left the historic Hollywood Hills for the prototypically suburban San Fernando Valley, where earlier this year she paid $2.4 million for a carefully restored and thoughtfully updated late-1950s mid-century pavilion hidden up a discreet driveway in the foothills above Sherman Oaks.
