Don Cheadle transformed a shack of a home near Venice Beach into an architectural triumph in less than four years, and he’s now selling it, according to TMZ.

 

The Marina del Rey property of the “House of Lies” actor recently sold for approximately $2.4 million after being listed earlier this year for roughly the same price. The twist is that he purchased the original property in 2014 for less than $900,000 and rebuilt it into its current state.

 

 

 

The vertically inclined 2,400-square-foot home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as 10-foot-high ceilings at the top of its two-story layout. Originally, it was a mere 800 sq. ft. bungalow, so Don and Bridgid Coulter evidently did a number on the interior and exterior.

 

It has been upgraded with French oak floors, marble countertops, and a roof terrace with a breathtaking view. Rhonda Payne and James Coulter are the listing agents.
