Kendrick Lamar rewarded himself with a $9.7 million high-rise apartment in the heart of New York City after consecutive wins at the Grammy Awards

Kendrick Lamar is currently in negotiations to acquire a penthouse at Pierhouse in Brooklyn Bridge Park, according to information obtained by Gimme Shelter.

The Pierhouse penthouse, situated at 90 Furman St., had an initial asking price of $8.99 million. A source mentioned that it’s intended to serve as a pied-à-terre for Lamar.

While Lamar’s primary residence is in California, this penthouse offers ample space for his family, which includes his high school sweetheart and fiancée, Whitney Alford, along with their young son and daughter.

The three-level condo features four bedrooms plus a den and offers nearly 2,000 square feet of outdoor space spanning two levels. This includes a private rooftop terrace with stunning views overlooking the East River and Brooklyn Bridge Park.

The penthouse is located within the Pierhouse building, surrounded by lush greenery.

Design features of the penthouse include floor-to-ceiling windows, 18-foot ceilings in the living room, reclaimed pine floors, and a chef’s kitchen.
