Exploring the Luxurious Miami Penthouse of DJ David Guetta from the Inside

This is notably true of superstar DJ David Guetta’s expansive new penthouse at Paraiso Bay in Miami.

When Guetta signed a contract with this unit a year ago, it made headlines, but specifics were largely kept under secrecy. The likely high price he’s paying for the opulent residence is not yet known, but The Post can disclose juicy details about its stunning appearance and spacious layout.

Two levels on the 53rd and 54th floors of Paraiso Bay in the city’s ascendant Edgewater neighborhood are occupied by Guetta’s custom-designed residence, which was created by the Italian architect and designer Piero Lissoni.

The main level, which measures 2,472 square feet inside and has a 430-square-foot outdoor terrace, features a double-volume vestibule and sculptural staircase, as well as a great room and open kitchen. The second floor, which features a 500-square-foot den and a sprawling 2,130-square-foot roof terrace, is the property’s crowning achievement with a private pool, summer kitchen, and sunbathing platform.

The apartment will be distributed with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. In addition, there will be private lift access, floor-to-ceiling windows, and, most importantly, ocean views.

The project is still under construction and completion is scheduled for the autumn of 2016. In his transaction, Zelda Freud of the Freud Group at South Beach Estates represented Guetta.

Paraiso Bay is one of four skyscrapers in the Related Group’s 5-acre Paraiso development on the waterfront of Biscayne Bay, which was designed by Arquitectonica, industrial designer Karim Rashid, Swiss landscape architect Enzo Enea, and United Design Partnership. (Lissoni also designed the lobbies and public spaces of two additional structures on the site.)

Guetta will be joined at Paraiso by other celebrities: Other future neighbors include tennis champion Arantxa Sánchez Vicario and professional basketball player Manu Ginobili. A-Rod recently purchased a 3,200-square-foot penthouse at the Gran Paraiso Tower, where similar units purportedly sell for $4 million or more.
