Discover the Luxurious $15.5M NYC Condo of Nicolas Cage

The former Olympic Tower residence of Nicolas Cage has been listed for $15.5 million, down from $16.5 million last year.

The renovated three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom condo in Midtown Manhattan is 3,303 square feet in size. It is also available for rent for a chilly $39,950 per month.

Olympic Tower, located at 641 Fifth Avenue, was constructed in 1975 by Aristotle Onassis, who was married to Jackie at the time.

Oscar-winning actor Nicolas Cage has recently returned to the silver screen in the film “Renfield” as an over-the-top Dracula.

In 2004 and 2005, Cage purchased two units within the building for $5,500,000 and then joined them. Following a real estate purge in 2009, he was compelled to sell the combination for $7.5 million because he owed the IRS $14 million in back taxes.

During a recent media tour, Cage revealed on “60 Minutes” that he “over-invested in real estate” and was $6 million in debt when the market collapsed around the same time. It was all repaid, he stated on the programme, adding that accumulating acting opportunities “no doubt” assisted him.
