He named the mansion in honor of Giuliano De Medici. The residence contains all contemporary architectural plans and designs.

The island has ten apartments with eight opulent bedrooms, terrace apartments, and two penthouse lofts on the roof.

Additionally, there are three garages, a cinema, and a very large swimming pool.
