Famous personalities including Francis Ford Coppola and Ariana Grande have formerly resided in the Hancock Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, where Robbie once owned a property. The “Grey’s Anatomy” creator Shonda Rhimes reportedly put her Hancock Park home up for sale in July with a $25 million asking price, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Robbie paid $2.73 million for the prestigious neighborhood mansion a year after the “Crew Squad” star wed producer Tom Ackerley. After selling their Hancock Park house, the couple still owns at least one other pricey property in Los Angeles, a luxurious $5 million Venice mansion they purchased in 2019.

The recently sold LA property is said to have four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a family room, a formal living room, and a formal dining room, per the advertisement. Right outside the front entrance is a foyer that doubles as a formal living room, complete with a grand marble fireplace and a chandelier.

The house’s formal living room is located down the hall from the formal dining room. While most of the property is painted white and characterized in the listing as “Soho-inspired” with emphasized panel walls and high ceilings, the formal dining room is painted a dark shade of navy blue and has a dramatic chandelier.

The formal living room and dining room are both on the first floor, while the bedrooms are up a short flight of steps on the second floor. While the other three bedrooms all have individual ensuite bathrooms, the master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and a balcony.
The formal living room is located across the hall from the kitchen, which boasts marble countertops and stainless steel appliances.

 

In the description, the kitchen is characterized as having a “bistro style,” and it also features Carrara marble counters, a huge island with seats for up to six people, and additional counter space. There is space in the kitchen for a smaller table that may seat four people without feeling crowded in addition to the typical dining area.
