Emma Stone owns a villa with a beautiful view in Malibu

Life is good, especially if you have the money to live at Emma Stone’s Malibu mansion. According to The Wall Street Journal, Stone, an Oscar-winning actress best known for her roles in “Superbad,” “The Help,” and “La La Land,” the latter of which won her the award, is seeking $4.29 million for her blufftop property in that celebrity-friendly coastal city.

The Arizona native, 33, reportedly paid $3.25 million in 2018 for the one-story ranch home with a view of the Pacific Ocean, according to The Journal. The three-bedroom, 1,800 square foot house sits on 3.2 acres. Stone just renovated the eat-in kitchen, which has painted brick, a skylight above the sink, and shiny cabinets. Most of the accommodations feature views of the ocean.

Most of the rooms in the house have views of the azure waters of the Pacific Ocean. The bedroom in this photo of the midcentury mansion is lit up, as can be seen. A large soaking tub and a rain shower are next to each other in this bathroom. The home has an ocean view and is positioned on a blufftop.

Other listing images of the chic midcentury crib show a gorgeous living area with a wall of floor to ceiling windows, beamed ceilings, and a fireplace. A huge soaking tub and a rain shower are situated next to each other in a bathroom with contemporary wall tiling.

Outside, there are eucalyptus and yucca trees around the home, and there is a brick patio with views of the sea. Although the Journal added that Stone also has residences in Los Angeles, New York City, and Austin, Texas, it is unknown why she wants to sell.
