Stephon Marbury, the widely-traveled point guard, is preparing to bid a heartfelt farewell to his impressive brick home located in Puгϲhɑse, NY. This remarkable property, listed at $3,300,000, holds profound sentimental value for the former basketball icon.

Having already achieved legendary status in New York City during his formative years in high school, Marbury’s time with the New York Knicks in the mid-2000s further solidified his position in the city’s basketball history. Throughout those eventful years, his six-bedroom mansion served as a haven. Back in 2004, Marbury acquired this exquisite Westchester County residence for $3.2 million. Now, nearly two decades later, he is seeking to part with it for a modest increment of $100,000.

The property features an enchanting curvaceous horseshoe-shaped driveway, surrounded by mature trees and meticulously landscaped lawns that enhance its captivating curb appeal. Guests are greeted by a grand entrance, showcasing a sweeping spiral staircase within a spacious foyer, exuding an air of sophistication.

The expansive great room, with its elegant wood floors, oversized windows, and two fireplaces, radiates a welcoming and cozy ambiance. The eat-in kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, an island complete with a mini sink, and stylish cabinets, including glass-fronted ones. Adjacent to a wall of windows, the kitchen table offers picturesque views of the backyard.

Encompassing over 7,300 square feet, the residence offers a plethora of comforts, including a dedicated home office, a play area, and a media room. Outside, a patio, sprawling lawn, pool, and two garages capable of accommodating up to six cars await the enjoyment of the property’s next fortunate owner.

Known as “Starbury” during his early days in playground basketball, Stephon Marbury attained All-Star status twice in the NBA and played for five different teams throughout his illustrious career. In a bold move in 2010, he ventured into the Chinese Basketball Association, where he would eventually rise to the status of an icon. With his own museum and statues in Beijing, Marbury has since established a permanent residence in China and currently serves as the head coach of the Beijing Royal Fighters.

As Marbury bids adieu to his cherished New York abode, he leaves behind a legacy of unforgettable basketball moments and embarks on an exciting new chapter in his remarkable journey.
