Discover the Historic Residence of Pop Icon Michael Jackson

The striking residence located at 4 East 74th Street in Manhattan, once owned by both Michael Jackson and Marc Chagall, has found a new proprietor. The captivating property, spanning approximately 2,448 square feet, has been taken off the market.

With the guidance of Adam D. Modlin from the Modlin Group, who acted as the listing broker, the latest bidder secured the remarkable six-story, 16-room, seven-bedroom limestone mansion for a substantial $32 million in less than a year. The value of the residence surpasses its initial asking price, a fact that becomes evident upon visiting the property.

According to Realtor.com, these mansions typically range from 5,000 to 8,000 square feet in size. Within the context of New York City, this residence qualifies as a mega-mansion. If only there were sufficient windows to allow natural light to cascade through the entire house, it would undoubtedly become my favorite spot for every meal. Notably, every room within this residence defies the concept of being small or cramped.
