Trevor Noah Takes $27.5M Bel Air Mansion

Trevor Noah, the Emmy-winning anchor of Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show,” spent $27.5 M for an angular, aesthetically spectacular Bel Air estate.

The right-angled residence, listed by Linda May and Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland, is described as a “iconic architectural statement” in the hills of Bel Air overlooking the country club.
Property records suggest Mr. Noah, 36, acquired the residence last week using a trust.

According to the description, Mark Rios, a member of the American Institute of Architects, designed the six-bedroom house, which exemplifies Los Angeles’ indoor/outdoor lifestyle.

The property boasts floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows, a sun-filled living room, a chef’s kitchen, an office, and a gym, as well as stone, wood, bronze, and glass.

It has a wine cellar, spa, screening room, rooftop patio, outdoor bar, and infinity pool.

In 2018, the mansion was listed for $36 M, but it has subsequently dropped to $29.5 M.

Noah is used to modern megamansions. The TV personality sold a similarly angular and futuristic Bel Air house for $21.7 M in September.

Mr. Noah’s representative didn’t immediately comment.
