Nemesis Yachts Unveils Striking 101 Metre Hydrofoil Concept with Futuristic Design

Nemesis Yachts has unveiled the Nemesis One, a 101-meter futuristic hydrofoil superyacht concept.

According to the builder, Nemesis One will be the “world’s fastest luxury foiling yacht” with an estimated maximum speed greater than 50 knots, courtesy of computer-controlled hydrofoils.

The carbon fibre yacht dispenses with winches and lines in favour of state-of-the-art hydraulic and electric controls, including AYRO’s patented Oceanwings that autonomously adjust to the weather. This eliminates the need for sail trimming and further reduces crew requirements. French multihull specialist VPLP Design handles the engineering.

The builder stated that the high-tech superyacht resembles a stealth fighter aircraft more than a conventional sailing yacht.

The interior is characterised as “futuristic yet comfortable” and features a 39-meter beam that provides 1,130 square feet of living space.

Owners have the option to remove all interior modules, creating a “ultra-light race mode” for the yacht.

Even without wind, Nemesis One’s hydrogen-electric propulsion system will allow it to remain an emission-free vessel. Nemesis Yachts estimates that the concept will have a cruising speed greater than 35 knots and a maximum speed greater than 50 knots.
