Wiz Khalifa is selling his incredibly stylish Encino mansion. The Los Angeles residence is listed for $4,495,000.

The performer, whose given name is Cameron Thomaz, purchased the newly constructed residence for $3.4 million in January of 2019.

According to the prior listing photos, the home does not appear to have undergone significant renovations, so the rapper stands to benefit greatly if he receives a full-price offer.

The contemporary residence is located in the posh Los Angeles suburb of Encino and is concealed by tall hedges.

The six-bedroom, six-bathroom home is constructed with exotic timbers, stucco, and glass walls. A suspended staircase, floor-to-ceiling pocket doors, and light wood flooring can be found throughout.
